The Polar OH1 is an optical heart rate monitor armband that offers an alternative option to a heart rate chest strap or wrist-based heart rate device. The Polar OH1 will broadcast your heart rate in real-time to your watch or fitness app via Bluetooth. The OH1 tracks heart rate using Polar's scientifically-developed optical heart rate solution. Worn either on the upper arm or forearm, it can be easily adjusted to fit snugly and comfortably. Water resistant up to 30 m. The Polar OH1 works with all Bluetooth-compatible Polar sports watches, fitness trackers and cycling computers and Polar has built-in memory for heart rate data from one training session direct to your phone after training.
