  • The Raffle Draw is organized by Majid Al Futtaim Finance LLC and V Star Multimedia LLC.
  • Employees of Majid Al Futtaim Finance LLC / V Star Multimedia LLC and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents, siblings) are not eligible to participate in the Raffle Draw.
  • This promotion is valid from April 25th to July 8th, 2018.
  • The raffle draw prizes are the following:
    Five exclusive “FIFA World CupTM  Gift Boxes” filled with collectible 2018 FIFA World CupTM  merchandise and special memorabilia.
    Five exclusive “Virgin Megastore Prize Boxes”.
    One “Grand Prize”  : 2018 FIFA World CupTM semi-final match tickets + flight tickets (Dubai - Russia - Dubai) + hotel accommodation for 2 people
    The raffle draws dates for the ten exclusive “FIFA World CupTM  Gift Boxes” and “Virgin Megastore Prize Boxes” are May 6th, May 20th , June 3rd, June 24th July 8th 2018
    The raffle draw date for the one “Grand Prize” is June 10th 2018.
  • Winners will be selected by a DED representative at Mall of the Emirates on the abovementioned dates and will be notified by Majid Al Futtaim Finance or V Star Multimedia employees through their provided contact number. In the event where the winner does not respond to the notification call after 2 business days, Majid Al Futtaim and VStar Multimedia LLC have the right to reallocate the prize to another participant.
  • To claim any prizes, winners must be present in the UAE and must collect the prize within 5 business days following the notification call. In case the winner does not collect the prize within the given period, he will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected.
  • Winners are requested to be present personally and provide proper identification (original valid passport / original valid Emirates ID) to claim the prize. The prize can only be received by the winners once they produce proper identification.
  • Entry to the draws is eligible upon purchase of the “Limited Edition” NAJM FIFA World CupTM Gift Card. An extra entry to the draws is given for every 500AED loaded onto the purchased card.
  • The minimum card load is AED100  and the maximum card load is AED3500.
  • However, following the purchase,  Customers must fill out all required details on a raffle ticket in order to participate in the raffle draws. Any entries without complete details will be considered invalid.
  • Participants can only win once in this Raffle Draw. If the participant wins a second prize, it will be automatically forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
  • Specific terms and conditions of the prize will be provided in the redemption letter and will be communicated separately to the eligible customer.
  • Majid Al Futtaim Finance LLC and V Star Multimedia LLC makes no guarantees & assumes no liability or responsibility with respect to the products & services provided by partners/other entities participating in the program.
