Three characters, two women and a man, each with their own voice and story, meet in a novel in which love meets music, poetry and espionage. Taj Al-Muluk Abdul Majeed, the freelance journalist and owner of Al-Rehab magazine, which was sponsored by Nuri Al-Saeed in the forties of Baghdad. Mansour Al-Badi, her Palestinian colleague in Radio Karachi who immigrated to Venezuela and became an advisor to its President Hugo Chavez. Wadyan al-Mallah, the violinist in the Iraqi symphony orchestra, whose ears are heavy with deafness, was punished because she rebelled against the whims of the "Professor". Preceded by precursor, the wines spin the threads of facts with the spindle of imagination, when human destinies are diverted from their natural paths, passing through eighty years of the history of a tortured and tormented country.
